36. Wonder Weenie (port tack) comes into the windward mark on the port tack layline. He reaches the zone ahead of Yoshi's Yacht coming in on starboard. Wonder Weenie tacks at the mark but hits a bad wave and loses a lot of momentum.
	Because Wonder Weenie is moving very slowly, Yoshi's Yacht easily gets an inside overlap on Wonder Weenie. In making sure she doesn't hit the mark, Yoshi's Yacht makes slight contact with Wonder Weenie. Both protest: Wonder Weenie under rule 18.2(b), and Yoshi's Yacht under 18.3(b).
