32. In 10 knots of breeze, BoredSailor is approaching the windward mark of a buoys to starboard course on starboard tack on a collision course with All's Well who is approaching on port tack. All's Well informs BoredSailor that BoredSailor will not have the right to tack in this situation.
	BoredSailor, however, ignores this and puts the helm hard a-lee right at the mark. All's Well is forced to bear away violently to avoid putting a hole into BoredSailor. All's Well lodges a valid protest.
