19. As shown at left, Internut (port) meets Modemoiselle (starboard) on the beat.  At the last second, Internut decides he can’t cross Modemoiselle and throws in a crash tack slightly to leeward and ahead of Modemoiselle who protests. Internut claims Modemoiselle did not have to begin to keep clear until after the tack was complete.
