6.  VOTING RIGHTS
6.1  Each representative of an NCA shall have voting power according to the number of paid-up members existing at 1st July of each year, on the following basis:-
       10 - 25 members  1 vote
       26 - 50 members  2 votes
       51 - 100 members  3 votes
     101 - 150 members  4 votes
     151 - 250 members  5 votes
     251 - 350 members  6 votes
     351 - 500 members  7 votes
     501 - 650 members  8 votes
     651 - 650 members  9 votes
     851 - 1050 members  10 votes
     1051 - 1250 members  11 votes
     with one extra vote per 200 additional members.

6.2  A representative of Ian Proctor Designs Ltd. shall have 10% (ten per cent) of the sum of the voting powers of all NCA’s.

6.3  The Copyright Holders shall have no vote as such.

6.4 A motion shall be carried when it receives at least two thirds of the total votes cast by the WIC.
